Select your email client:
To add your signature to Microsoft Outlook Express:
1. Copy the Signature code and paste it into Notepad. Select File > Save, and in the Save As window, change "Save as Type:" to "All Files". In the "File Name:" field, type in "Opinity.html". Save the file in "My Documents" folder.
2. From Microsoft Outlook Express menu bar, select Tools > Options
3. Select the Signatures tab
4. Click on the New button
5. In the Edit Signatures section, click on File
6. Click the Browse button and in the file dialog box, go to "My Documents" folder and select "Opinity.html"
7. On the top, select Add signatures to all outgoing messages so that it? checked
8. Click on the OK button

To add your signature to Microsoft Outlook 2003:
1. Copy the Signature code and paste it into Notepad. Select File > Save, and in the Save As window, change "Save as Type:" to "All Files". In the "File Name:" field, type in "Opinity.html". Save the file in "My Documents" folder.
2. From Microsoft Outlook 2003, select Tools > Options
3. Select the Mail Format tab
4. Click on the Signatures... button at the bottom
5. Click on the New?button
6. In the next window, name the new signature "Opinity"
7. Select the Use the file as a template option
8. Click the Browse button and in the file dialog box, go to "My Documents" folder and select "Opinity.html"
9. Click the Next > button and then the Finish on the following screen
10. Click on the OK button on the "Create Signature" screen
11. On the "Options" screen, using the drop down menu for Signature for new messages select Opinity (may have been automatically selected for you)
12. On the drop down for Signature for replies and forwards, select Opinity
13. Click on the OK button

To add your signature to Mozilla Thunderbird:
1. Copy the Signature code and paste it into Notepad. Select File > Save, and in the Save As window, change "Save as Type:" to "All Files". In the "File Name:" field, type in "Opinity.html". Save the file in "My Documents" folder.
2. From Mozilla menu bar, Select Tools > Account Settings...
3. Go to the first screen by selecting the top most selection in the left hand pane, this selection shows the email server you are using
4. On the right hand screen check the box for Attach this signature
5. Click on the Choose... button, go to "My Documents" folder and select "Opinity.html"
6. Click on the OK button

To add your signature to your Yahoo! Mail account:
1. Sign in to Yahoo! Mail
2. Click on the Options link in the top right
3. In the Personalization section, click on the Signature link
4. Next to Editor:, click on the Color and Graphics link
5. Select the Add signature to all outgoing messages check box so it shows being checked
6. Below this select View HTML Source
7. Delete any existing signature text
8. Copy the Opinity Signature code and paste it within the window
9. Click on the Save button
